THE GAILEY GIRLS RULE PICKWICK LAKE

During the Fall Break, two of our young ladies ventured 5 hours over to Florence, Alabama to fish in the MLF Open Tournament held at Pickwick Lake, one of the few lakes in the US located in three states . Audrey Gailey, a senior, and Lyndsey Gailey, a junior and their dad Captain Timothy Gailey drove over to compete and came home in First Place! They weighed in 5 fish with a total of 16 pounds 2 ounces. I interviewed Audrey and Lyndsey, and they shared with me that they caught one of the fish with a "jerk bait" and the other four with a "spot choker." The tournament was sponsored by MLF High School Open for the Student Angler Federation. Congratulation young ladies. We might just see you on TV one day!
