On Wednesday October the 22nd, a beautiful autumn afternoon, the Lady Indians rejoiced in a 15-0 three inning victory in the 4 PM game of the Sweet 16 Softball Tournament. Aubrey Woodson, Taylor Burton, and Riley Dyer all hit HR's powering the scoring outburst. Then as evening drifted into dusk, so did our scoring. In the 6 PM game, we rallied in the fifth and sixth innings to score three runs. However, the Yellow Jackets had already plated five runs, two of which were on a 2 run HR in the fifth inning. Disappointed, the Lady Indians knew we had another chance on Thursday at noon to continue our journey deeper into the State Playoffs with the rubber match game versus Bulloch. Go Indians!!
