March 3rd, 2026, was Senior Night for Boys' Soccer. The girls had just dispatched North Hal by a score of 10-0. Now it was the guys turn. The match started and there was a lot of high kicks, low kicks, corner kicks, free kicks, and just about every kind of kick there is, oh yeah I forgot headers! Anyway, the night started with a shot slightly over Chance Sprague's outstretched mitts for a Trojan 1-0 lead. No need to fear, the Indians came back shortly with a Devin Alvarez shot to tie the game 1-1. And that was that! Kick, kick, kick, almost score, kick, halftime (Senior Night Introductions), come out kick, kick, kick, almost score, kick, kick, etc. BUZZZZZZZZZ! Game ends in a tie! OVERTIME! The Indians wasted no time, and Ridge scored in the first OT to put the Indians up 2-1. Yippee! BUZZZZZZZZ! The second half of the OT begins and it is kick, kick, almost score, kick, kick, time is evaporating quickly...GOAL! Eli shoots one in from the 3 point line but it only counts 1. 3-1 Indians win!!!! Region Win! Great job guys!
