The Lumpkin County Indians will head out to take on the West Hall Spartans at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Lumpkin County has three straight wins, West Hall has six straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field. Following that game, the Lady Indians will face the Bears of Cherokee Bluff that they defeated the first game of the season. On Thursday, Lumpkin County didn't have too much breathing room in their matchups against Heritage and Gilmer, but they still walked away with 18-12 and 13-7 victories. That's two games straight in which the Indians have won by exactly six points.
